Last week Milo had a follow up visit with our vet. He had finished the latest round of herbs weeks ago and it was overdue for sure. I'm disappointed to share that his blood work is still not normal and his monocytes are once again elevated.

I started this post a few days ago, but found myself loathe to post this news. But I realize it is important to keep sharing Milo's journey with everyone.
We have an appointment at the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine at the end of next week to see Dr. Choi again. She has only seen him one time early last winter but has been following his blood panel reports.
We are hoping that this is only a small setback with his recovery.

Has Milo been tested for Cushing's, including atypical Cushing's disease? I had a dear collie girl with that for years before we finally figured it out. She thrived once on meds for it.
